Position Overview:

Fife Hotels is seeking a passionate and professional Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team.

The successful applicant will work across both of our locations: Aberdour Hotel and Burntisland Sands Hotel. These venues pride themselves on offering high-quality, fresh, locally sourced food in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes with a focus on classic bar food made from scratch.
• Work collaboratively with senior chefs to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety management protocols and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory and manage waste efficiently across both locations.

• Competitive pay at £14.00 per hour, with additional tips (cash and credit card).

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a chef, preferably in bar food preparation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• A solid understanding of food hygiene practices (a food hygiene certificate is preferred).
• Enthusiasm for fresh produce and quality cooking techniques.

Fife Hotels operates two vibrant establishments in Fife:

1. Aberdour Hotel, a charming 16-room hotel located in the picturesque village of Aberdour, known for its cosy atmosphere and fresh fare using local Scottish produce.
2. Burntisland Sands Hotel, offering mouth-watering traditional dishes in a seaside setting with alfresco dining options.

This role requires working across both Aberdour Hotel (Aberdour) and Burntisland Sands Hotel (Burntisland).
